Archana Kochar, MD
I joined SimplyCare in November 2021 and am board-certified in Internal Medicine. I am currently accepting new patients and have a strong passion for women’s care, with a particular focus on preventive care and cosmetic medicine. Prior to joining SimplyCare, I was part of the St. Thomas Rutherford Hospitalist group starting in 2009 before deciding to transition into outpatient care.
I graduated from Sardar Patel Medical College in Bikaner, Rajasthan, India, and completed my residency in Internal Medicine at Fitzgerald Mercy Medical Center, followed by Marshall University in Huntington, West Virginia. I moved to Nashville in 2003 with my family, including my husband, Dr. Ashok Mehta, and our daughter, Twinkle Mehta, who is now married and, along with her spouse, is pursuing a career in medicine at the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia.
I truly enjoy building strong connections with people and always strive to make time for those in need. Outside of work, I am passionate about staying active, working out, and maintaining a healthy lifestyle. I am grateful to be part of the SimplyCare team and look forward to caring for my patients.
Kathryn Hancock, FNP-BC
I am a board-certified family nurse practitioner. I received my bachelor’s degree in Nursing from Augusta University in 2017. In 2021, I relocated to Nashville with my now husband and decided to advance my career by becoming a nurse practitioner. In 2025, I earned my Doctorate of Nursing Practice from the University of Tennessee in Knoxville.
In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, watching football and baseball, and being outdoors. Between my husband, our toddler, and our dog, there never seems to be a dull moment. I strive to provide compassionate, holistic care and work closely with my patients to ensure all of their needs are met. I am excited to serve you and your family.
Mikaiah Farrell, MA
I was born and raised in Murfreesboro, TN. My husband and I have two pups whom we treat like our children. I attended Genesis Career College in Lebanon, TN, graduating in September 2021, and have been working with Dr. Mehta and SimplyCare ever since.
I love helping and caring for others and truly value the opportunity to learn and grow each day. SimplyCare has become a second family to me. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family and traveling with my husband, Anthony. ROLL TIDE BOYS!
Anastasia Owens, MA
I was born and raised in Lebanon, TN, and currently reside in Antioch. I have three grown children, all daughters, as well as grandchildren. I am passionate about working in the medical field and truly enjoy helping others.
In my spare time, I love cooking and singing.
Averianna Woods, MA
I am 19 years old and was born in Lebanon, TN. I attended Genesis Career College and chose to pursue a career in the medical field because I enjoy caring for others and building relationships with patients.
In my free time, I like to go shopping and spend time with my family and friends.
Leigh Roderick, MA Office Manager
I was born and raised in Crossville, TN. In 2012, I moved to Lebanon, TN, in pursuit of greater career opportunities and a stronger education for my three children—two daughters and one son. I have over 10 years of experience in the nursing field.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my children, family, and friends, grilling out, swimming, and making memories with the people I love. My family and I are Alabama fans—Roll Tide!
